Our Story
Upon seeing firsthand the significant lack of competent association management companies in the market, condo owners Ryan and Stephanie Fitzgerald realized the only way to fill this gap was to start their own company founded on the principles they live by so they could offer the services and support that associations need. Guided by their vast business experience and solid values, they founded Casa Association Management, Inc. as an association management company that associations can rely on.

Ryan Fitzgerald
President (Licensed CAM) – In Charge of Community & Vendor Management And Overall Board & Owner relations.
Ryan leverages his extensive experience in the legal services field and past life as a middle school history teacher to manage the day-to-day operations of Casa Association Management, Inc. Ryan has an unparalleled ability to solve problems that seem impossible by thinking outside of the box and utilizing his finely tuned customer relations skills. Originally from South Florida, Ryan has spent the last 10+ years splitting time between Tampa, FL and Miami Beach, FL. Ryan has a bachelor's degree in History from Florida Atlantic University and a master's degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University.
Stephanie Fitzgerald
Vice President (CPA and Licensed CAM) – In Charge of Financial Management.
With over 18 years’ experience as a CPA working for several public companies in Tampa, FL, Stephanie brings her financial acumen, business experience, management, leadership and unwavering integrity to Casa Association Management, Inc. Originally from the Space Coast of Florida, Stephanie has spent most of her adult life splitting time between Tampa, FL and Miami Beach, FL. Stephanie has bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting as well as a master's degree in Accounting, all from the University of Florida.
